Every product in the Lab starts as an accelerator and becomes a product through structured collaboration with real clients. That's not a pilot, it's how we build.
The AI Portfolio & Delivery Suite is the delivery framework we built because we needed it, and our clients confirmed they did too. It began as three separate accelerators: an AI Strategy Generator, an AI Portfolio Builder, and a Portfolio Intelligence dashboard. Each one solved a real problem. None of them were products yet.
Through structured client sessions (live demos, rapid iteration, workspace evaluations), those accelerators grew. Client feedback shaped the roadmap. The Blueprint Generator captured what needed to change. The Developer Agent executed the changes fast. New capabilities were added. What started as three tools became an integrated, production-ready suite of nine.
The suite kept growing the same way. CortexIQ joined as the platform's context layer, keeping real environment and architecture facts current so Blueprint Generator and the Developer Agent never build against a guess. ITSMI joined to close the loop on the other side: reporting what actually happened to every ServiceNow ticket that became engineering work, and what didn't.
That same model is what every accelerator in the Lab goes through. Clients aren't evaluating software, they're co-creating it.
