Will Thrash
Board MemberWill Thrash brings more than 20 years of experience architecting data and AI solutions for enterprise clients, with a career spanning BI leadership, cloud data platform design, and the emerging discipline of agentic AI systems. He is the founder of Thrash Analytics and previously served as Director of AI & Analytics at Perficient, where he led complex engagements across healthcare, higher education, and consumer products. Will holds an MBA from the Wharton School and a BS in Computer Science from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, and his current work focuses on closed-loop agentic analytics: continuous KPI monitoring, root cause analysis, and attributed lift measurement.
