We started with a clear thesis: enterprise teams are sitting on complex processes, disconnected systems, and strategies that never make it to execution. AI can close that gap, but only if it's built alongside the people who live inside those problems every day.
Our sales network led us to PMO and portfolio leaders first. That's where the pain was loudest. Our most mature accelerator, the AI Portfolio & Delivery Suite, is what sparked the most excitement. So that's where we focused: demoing in our XLeratorAI Workspace, listening to what was missing, and adding features in days, not sprints.
The clients we found didn't just evaluate what we built. They helped us build it. Every session made the product sharper. Every piece of feedback went straight back into the XLeratorAI Workspace. Then we demoed again. Then we set up their own Client Workspace. That's the model. And it works.
Two enterprise clients now have active Client Workspaces. A third is close. We have enough collective insight to define v2.0. We're building it right now.

This is the model that took the AI Portfolio & Delivery Suite from accelerator to active Client Workspaces in four months. The same process applies to every accelerator we build, across every industry.
We don't show up with a finished product and ask clients to buy it. We show up with a working accelerator in our XLeratorAI Workspace. Something real, something they can react to. We build the conversation from there.
That first session almost always produces a list of things to improve. We take that list, make the changes in our Workspace, and come back in days, not weeks. The second demo is a different experience. By then, the client recognizes their own feedback in the product.
