A new context layer that pulls real environment and architecture facts, Ardoq's enterprise architecture topology, ServiceNow's CMDB, into one human-verified source of truth, then feeds it to Blueprint Generator and the AI Developer Agent so every build starts from the environment as it actually is, not as a prompt assumes it to be.

A ServiceNow ticket now flows straight into Jira for Blueprint Generator and the AI Developer Agent to build, with Data Orchestrator writing status back to ServiceNow the moment it's done, the whole loop tracked in real time by IT Service Management Intelligence.
SOC 2 Type II & AI Best Practices, Reviewed and Published● Complete
A full internal review against SOC 2 Type II control objectives and an AI development best-practices framework: real gaps fixed in the codebase, not just written down, the rest tracked honestly as ongoing work. Now public on our Trust & Compliance page, with the same review repeating every year.
One Year In: Strategy to Code, Enterprise-Ready⏱ Target
A full year of planning, development, and building alongside the enterprise clients who actually use it. By January 2027, the complete Strategy to Code Suite, requirements and tickets through to deployed code, runs to the SOC 2 Type II and AI best-practices standards on our Trust & Compliance page and is ready to bring into your own environment, customized to what you actually need, not a one-size-fits-all product.

The Model That Got Us Here
This is the model that took the AI Portfolio & Delivery Suite from accelerator to active Client Workspaces in six months. The same process applies to every accelerator we build, across every industry.
We don't show up with a finished product and ask clients to buy it. We show up with a working accelerator in our XLeratorAI Workspace. Something real, something they can react to. We build the conversation from there.
That first session almost always produces a list of things to improve. We take that list, make the changes in our Workspace, and come back in days, not weeks. The second demo is a different experience. By then, the client recognizes their own feedback in the product.
When they're ready, we spin up a Client Workspace: a white-labeled, dedicated environment with their branding, their data, their team. No commitment required. Just a structured evaluation with something that's already been shaped around their needs.
When they say go, that's a signed contract. From there we deploy where it fits best: your private cloud, or ours. For some engagements, this same path also becomes a white-labeled product resold to a partner's own client base, the reseller motion that built our reseller channel. Same accelerators, same Data Orchestrator, same lead PM methodology, just a different destination for the finished product.

Blueprint Generator produces Epics and Stories and loads them into Jira via Data Orchestrator. The AI Developer Agent reads, builds, commits, and opens a pull request, with a built-in quality gate ensuring every story is ready for autonomous development.
Reseller Partners Signed
Stage Gate Intelligence, our first white-labeled reseller product, was built and deployed in weeks by combining Portfolio Intelligence with the AI Analysis and Recommendations engine from DependencyIQ. Speed to market through reusable accelerators: proven.
